Update on Sunday 1 April prayer and ministry.
Sarah went in with Andy Smith and Trish Halsall. Sarah said that she felt everything was very difficult with thepresence of the Holy Spirit hard to sense and came out feeling very despondent. It was like a wall and it felt like people had shut down.They were only able to pray for and lay hands on one person and werestopped from going further.
Words from the prayer room:
* This is breaking ground
* Hearing the sound of the bucket hitting the well of salvation!!
* Picture of a person on a raft in a cave, standing in a stance ofvictory, arms outstretched, moving from the darkness of the cave,through the waterfall and into the light.
* A small shoot in the ground, trying to break through fightingthrough the darkness.
* God's not given us a spirit of fear, but of power of love and ofsound mind. 2 Tim 1v7
Points to pray for:
* Favour
* Strengthening and protection of those going in - this week is Sarah and possibly Andy, but tbc.
* Holy Spirit presence and guidance
* Open hearts of the patients and staff
